Elsa was found roaming the streets of Elsa, Texas. Elsa is a sweet and loving girl despite having spent her life scavenging the streets for food and water. When we found her, she was suffering from bad skin infections. Elsa is living with a foster where she is learning good behaviors. She is a good listener and a quick study. She's good with other dogs and loves all humans. She likes to be outdoors but is learning how to be an indoor/outdoor pup. Elsa is heartworm positive but is receiving treatment.
