Toby was found with his siblings in a local dumping area where unwanted puppies and dogs are left to fend for themselves facing starvation, disease, predatory animals and humans. Many of these puppies, if they survive, become feral. Toby, like his siblings, is one of the lucky ones. He was found and rescued before any of that could happen. He is sweet, happy and energetic. A typical puppy, he would make a great addition to any family.
He's currently in a foster home and is learning good behaviors. He has a puppy foster sister who he loves to play with. We can arrange a meet and greet with your entire family, both two and four footed.
